Faithful – Someone who follows through on their commitments and convictions.

Available – Someone who is willing to move out of their comfort zone to listen to and respond to God’s call on their life.

Initiative – Learning how to see a need, hear from God and act in a way that is helpful and wise.

Trainable - Recognizing the need to grow and doing the hard work of making daily choices to take in new knowledge and apply it in a wise and appropriate way.

Heart for God/people – A zealous love for Jesus, the lost, and fellow believers that drives you to practical daily action and sacrifice.

This study uses "teachable" instead of "trainable" with a different definition. Teachability is encompassed in trainability, so there is a lot of similarity in the two and this study is still useful.
